Sunday Night Leagues 8:30pm – 11pm

Register individually or by team using the Registration Form below. Each player must submit this form with signed waiver, either online or at Brenton Skating Plaza. No unregistered players or substitutes may participate. Payment must be made Sunday 12-4-11 before you get on the ice!!

* All players on the ice must be registered with signed waiver and paid in full. No Exceptions.

$80 per player / $850 per team

12 player limit per team, saves $10 per player! Individual and team fees includes t-shirt.
